  • The 10 Funniest Computer Geek Humor Bits of October

Now that October has passed, let's check out some of the funniest Geek Humor Videos that the month of October had to offer.  This past month included some pretty funny stuff IMHO.  I must confess that following the "20 Funniest Geek Humor Bits of all time" is a pretty hard act to follow, but if you liked those then you will definitely get a chuckle or two from these (I know, I did).  Enjoy...

    1) Chad Vader - Day Shift Manager (episode 1)

Life is hard when you're Darth Vader's less-talented, less-charismatic younger brother and you manage a grocery store.  This one is a little bit of an oldie, but I rediscovered it earlier this month and laugh hard every time I watch it.

    2) Steve Carell on Night of Too Many Stars

Steve Carell from "The Office" puts out a plea to all the cats out there who have inherited fortunes from their whacked out "cat-lady" owners. Please donate whatever you can. Every little bit helps out this great cause:

    3) GoogleTube

This scary thing is just how right on the mark this video is.

    4)  Furby in Microwave

Ah, my life is complete now....

    5) Street Fighter: The Later Years

CollegeHumor.com looks into the lives of the Street Fighter combatants, 10 years later.  This is brilliant!!!!

    6) Star Wars: Under the Tusken Sun

The softer side of the sand people of Tatooine. Shot on the sand dunes of Oregon.  Please note that this one is listed as number 4 only because I laugh hysterically at it, although only a few people who I have shown have found it to be funny.

    7) Perfect Strangers Meet At Coffee Shop

Have you ever met someone who had the exact same interests as you? Were you instantly attracted? Did you finish each others sentences? These two seem perfectly aligned.

    8) Lord of the Rings: by George Lucas

Imagine a world where Lord of the Rings was done by George Lucas...

    9) The Smiley Intervention

This one is really funny!!!!!!   Big Smile LOL

    10)  Ex-Girlfriend Smashes Laptop

This one practically brought a tear to my eye.  Apparently she was wronged by her boyfriend and dumps all of his stuff on the street.  He didn't seem to mind much until....

    Check it out

And for a few Honorable Mentions.....

    1) Monty Python's Black Knight / Star Wars Mashup

My favorite Monty Python skit ever, but with a Star Wars twist.

    2) Super Michael Jackson Speedrun

I don't know how these guys do it, but they have created yet another Super Mario Bros spoof.  This one involves Michael Jackson as the main character.

    Check it out.

They have a few variations, so be sure to watch all 3 parts here.

    3) Web 2.0

This is an entertaining stop motion video that blurs the line a bit between the internet and real life

    4) Developer's Computer!

     5) Weird Al - Virus Alert

    But Wait, there's more.....
