Which IDE do you prefer for Java development?

I had a project a while back with Java and spent a long time trying to find a "good" IDE for Java...settled on NetBeans but I'm curious about what others use.

Mmm...let me see...NetBeans forever!!!!!!!! It's very good and it has a visual designers for the forms.

I tried Eclipse too...not bad. But it needs more configuration, a good product anyway...

For me it would have to be Visual Cafe!!!!  Rock on, Visual Cafe!  I am pretty sure that I am dating myself here a bit because I haven't done Java in years.  In fact, I really only had one single java project (lasting 8 months) where I used Visual Cafe and really like it.  I believe that it was about version 4 at the time and it really changed my opinion about Java (for the better).  Then, I went traveling for about 4 months and when I came back they changed technologies to ASP because they could not find enough good Java folks.  Well, it was fun while it lasted.
    Kindest regards,

I vaguely remember Visual Cafe - I think if I have to do another Java project I'll stick with Netbeans for now :)

I think I tried a version of JCreator - not sure what it was I didn't like too much about it...but I did eventually abandon that for NetBeans.

Now that I'm starting to get interested in Android (http://code.google.com/android/) and therefore doing a bit of Java development again, I'm going to give Eclipse a try again - mostly because Google's provided an Eclipse Plugin that's suppsosed to help with Android development....they do have plugins for other IDE's but the Eclipse one is supposed to be the most tightly integrated.

I recently tried Eclipse again when doing some Android development and I have to say I still wasn't "hooked" on Eclipse yet...maybe I'm just stuck in my ways for now but I still like NetBeans.
