If you have clicked on the Retrieve Password option here, you can't help but notice that the email that is being sent is very difficult to read. It appears as though the formatting of the email is designed for html, but sent as text. As a result, it is hard to read and the link to actually click to retrieve your password doesn't work. I spent some time looking for the email template and/or some type of setting and did not find anything. The closest that I could see is the email format allows you to change it. It is currently set to UTF-8 and perhaps this could be related? Any thoughts?

But you're right, that link is death - credit.com is not someplace I want to go, even by accident! LOL
