LOL&lt;/p&gt;</description></item><item><title>Ugly Password Retrieval email</title><link>http://www.community-credit.com/cs/forums/thread/4688.aspx</link><pubDate>Thu, 13 Mar 2008 16:11:48 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">dc2d8ed1-db5f-43a8-9632-42f90caf747d:4688</guid><dc:creator>DavidSilverlight</dc:creator><slash:comments>0</slash:comments><comments>http://www.community-credit.com/cs/forums/thread/4688.aspx</comments><wfw:commentRss>http://www.community-credit.com/cs/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=85&amp;PostID=4688</wfw:commentRss><description>&lt;p&gt;If you have clicked on the Retrieve Password option here, you can&amp;#39;t help but notice that the email that is being sent is very difficult to read.&amp;nbsp; It appears as though the formatting of the email is designed for html, but sent as text.&amp;nbsp; As a result, it is hard to read and the link to actually click to retrieve your password doesn&amp;#39;t work.&amp;nbsp; I spent some time looking for the email template and/or some type of setting and did not find anything.&amp;nbsp; The closest that I could see is the email format allows you to change it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; It is&amp;nbsp;currently set to UTF-8 and perhaps this could be related?&amp;nbsp; Any thoughts?&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
