    Ms access form

    Hello there,

I have a question regarding Ms Access form. Is it possible to display the result of a form on a grid? For e.g. I have a form that is created using a query. In this form, I have a dropdown list that has a list of values. When I select 1 value from that ddl, there might be multiple different records for it. I want to display all the records of that particular value in a grid. I have no idea how to do it. Any suggestions on it?

    Regards,
    Amelia

    Re: Ms access form

While I haven't tried it myself...there is a grid control available in Access 2003 (Microsoft Flexgrid Control Version 6.0) which can be accessed by clicking the "More controls" icon in the form designer toolbox.

What might help a little more is this article: http://www.codeproject.com/database/cpgriddlg.asp

Will either of those suggestions help you?

There was one website called StpWorks (http://www.stpworks.com/). It was giving a free ASP application -- AccessAdmin.

But today, I am not able to reach the page and it just says 'Too long to load'.
