I agree completely. The new Silverlight Toolkit is awesome and for us that have already commercialised and application on the Silverlight 2 technology it means we can just add some more bells and whistles. Anyone starting off with Silverlight 2 should seriously include the Silverlight Toolkit into their development mix.

You can control the installation using the MSIEXEC executable. Refer to the command line options here. In particular consider using /qb and setting the public options. If you need more power, consider using the Windows Installer XML (WiX).

I haven't tried out Rockband as yet, but I've seen it in action. I'd go for Rockband over Guitar Hero any day.
