CommunityCredit Point Curve Values
This page shows the current Point Curve Values for Community Credit.  Point Curves are assigned to contest winners each month.  The higher you place in a contest, the higher your handicap is. The Point Curving system allows for a wider pool of prize earners so that if a person is awarded a prize in one month, it is more difficult for them to win in the following two months. If you have any thoughts on the Point Curving system, we encourage you to contribute to the blog and discussion on the subject. The Point Curving system is relatively new and is always looking to be refined and we definitely welcome comments on it.

To give an explain of how it works, if you look at the top Point Curves below, you will see 95% in the top slot. This means that the person was the top winner in one of the most recent contests. At a Point Curve of 95%, if he/she submits an entry worth 1000 points, only 50 points (or 5%) of that will count toward this month's competition. Once the expiration date passes, the full points will count once again. Each month, new point curves are assigned. The higher the prized earned, the higher the curve.
